How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of the property and the condition of the surfaces. The ranges above are a guide, and we’ll give you a firm quote before any work begins.
How do I get a quote?
Call 604-902-0694 or email us. Tell us what you need and roughly where you are, and we’ll get back to you with a price.
Do I need to be home?
Usually not for exterior work, as long as we can reach the windows, gutters or surfaces. We’ll confirm access with you when booking.
What if it rains?
Light rain is fine for most jobs. If the weather makes the work unsafe or the results would suffer, we’ll reschedule with you.
Do you clean the inside of windows too?
Yes. Let us know when you ask for a quote and we’ll include interior cleaning.
Is pressure washing safe for my deck or siding?
Yes, when it’s done with the right pressure and technique for each surface. We adjust our approach for wood, vinyl, concrete and other materials.
How often should I get my windows and gutters cleaned?
Most homes do windows once or twice a year and gutters at least once a year, ideally in the fall. Homes near trees may need more.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. We clean storefronts and small commercial properties in North Vancouver and West Vancouver, and can set up regular visits.
